Overall a nice collection with mostly good storylines and a (bitter)sweet ending. The art was mostly consistent and great, I enjoyed it a lot. On the other hand, I really enjoyed Reborn, especially Steve's flashbacks (they were heartbreaking though). As for #601, well, never would've thought I'd one day read a Captain America/Vampire Diaries crossover. I wouldn't have needed #600, but I can see why they included it. Naturally, some issues were better than others. And the issue about his birthday(s) was so heartwarming!īucky and Natasha are the ultimate team up/couple, I love them so much! Really enjoyed seeing Sharon and Sam, too, and diving deeper into Sharon's involvement in this story. Steve is still the better Cap, but I liked seeing Bucky carry the shield too.
I find bigger collections hard to rate, but I'm gonna settle for 4 stars.Ĭan I just say I loved seeing so much of Bucky?! I love my man so much and he deserves the world.
